Needles District Camping

Dispersed camping in Utah was a different experience for me. As I was painting this en plein air there was a group that drove up in a van just behind that tree you see on the left. They were very nice but completely oblivious to the idea that they might be blocking the view I was in the middle of attempting to capture. Thankfully they obliged to move to the other side of us so I could finish before sunset!

This original oil painting is on a canvas panel and comes framed with a black wooden traditional frame with hanging wire installed and ready to hang!
