Valley of the Gods

The Valley of the Gods is a unique area of Utah with dramatic rock formations. These red giants are even more foreboding in real life. As the sun was setting while I was trying to finish this plein air painting the gnats came out like a plague, preventing me from finishing this outside, so this was finished in the studio.

This original oil painting is on a canvas panel and comes framed with a black wooden traditional frame with hanging wire installed and ready to hang!
